We are no longer importing the Urban Activators in to the UK.  After 16 years of having to adapt our walking programmes to match manufacturers poles, we decided it was time for us to develop the Ultimate Ergo Grip™ handle and poles ourselves. The handle is set at 15 ° from vertical and offset at 12 ° for maximum comfort and support
Most physiotherapist and Occupational Therapists have now been trained to use the WALX Xcelerators but if you are being recommended to buy Activators, please let us know and we can contact your therapist or Group accordingly
We do get a  pairs come back in as people part exchange for the new Xcelerator poles. If you think you need Activators, call us on 0333 12345 40 and we will be able to let you know if there is any available
We were also, getting more and more uncomfortable that most of the poles, like Urban Activators, are made in China and Taiwan. The WALX poles are being made by our Partners Fizan in Italy who have been making poles for ver 80 years
