Delivery Information
Standard Delivery Charges
Poles: £5 for mainland UK.
Smaller items: £3 (e.g., accessories, books).
Surcharges apply for Highlands, Islands, and remote regions.
Accurate delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and parcel size.
Delivery Methods
Poles: Dispatched next working day via Parcelforce 24 to mainland UK. Tracking is provided if a mobile number and email are given.
Smaller Items: Sent via Royal Mail. Orders received before 12 noon are dispatched the same day where possible. Tracked 48 or 2nd Class, depending on value and size.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: All items are sent in recycled protective packaging designed specifically for poles and accessories.
Shop ‘n Drop – FREE Local Collection
Many WALX instructors offer a Shop ‘n Drop service, where regular group deliveries are made — saving you postage costs.
To use this option:
Ask your WALX Group Leader if they offer Shop ‘n Drop.
If available, they’ll give you a free carriage discount code.
Your order will be delivered to their next scheduled group delivery, and you can collect it directly from them.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Poles: Dispatched next working day, delivered within 24 hours (mainland UK).
Accessories: Typically delivered within 2–3 working days.
Shop ’n Drop: Your group leader will confirm when the order is available for collection.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return most items within 28 days for a full refund — provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the dispatch note.
Key Returns Terms
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Full-price items: 28 days from delivery
Sale items: 7 days from delivery
Returns:
Used or unsealed hygiene products (e.g. water bottles, first aid kits)
Free gifts, gift vouchers, clearance or promotional items
Non-returnable items:
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return an Item
Email: support@walx.co.uk to start the return process.
You’ll receive instructions and return options.
You are responsible for return postage costs (unless otherwise agreed).
Keep your proof of return postage.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank/card provider.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
